- Episode 7 - In conversation with Emma DeSouzaIn this week's episode, Aiden is joined by writer, political commentator, and journalist Emma DeSouza, to discuss her case.Alongside her US husband, it was the first Human Rights challenge against the British Home Office over the right to be accepted as Irish under the terms of the Good Friday Agreement. Emma's case related to EU family reunion rights and resulted in substantial changes to domestic UK immigration rules. In May 2020, the British Home Office announced that the people of Northern Ireland would be considered EU citizens for immigration purposes.
