Cliff Castle Casino Hotel announced the addition of new executive chef, Thomas Fowler, to the Storytellers expert culinary team. Fowler kicked off his arrival with a fresh perspective and a new, carefully crafted menu with a focus on culinary innovation and fresh, quality ingredients. Chef Fowler attended the Great Lakes Culinary Institute in Traverse City, Michigan where he received a well-rounded classic culinary foundation.
