Courtney operates her business alongside her business partner of the last 12 years, Tiffany Riddle. They have designed their business to reflect their strengths and lean into their individual skillsets. These combined abilities proved to be a unique and powerful approach to their clients and community and has won them accolades and awards over the years. Year after year, they manage an average of 85-100 transactions between the two of them.
👉 Courtney is an expert listing agent and a supportive and knowledgeable buyer's agent. Her goal has always been to honor the client, not the transaction. In 2019, she started a real estate coaching business named Righting Real Estate. Teaching is a true passion of hers, and from her experience in real estate for the last 16 years, there is a lot to improve in the industry. Righting Real Estate has a mission to help Realtors work through the personal challenges of the job with a hope to right the wrongs of the industry through individual and group coaching. RRE has big goals so stay tuned on that!
Courtney has lived, worked, and played in the New Orleans area for the last 40 years. She is a mother to two girls and a wife to her high school sweetheart. She serves as the president of a BNI chapter, president to a local non- profit pregnancy clinic, and works as the sponsorship chairperson for a local festival board. In her downtime, which she cherishes, she loves to travel, rest & party!

👉 Leo Pareja entered Real Estate at just 19 years of age and by 28 he was the #1 Keller Williams Agent in the world.
