This week we look at how unknowable God is. The goal of theology is not to simplify God, but to embrace how mysterious and wonderous he is. That mystery is on display when the God who created the universe comes as a child.
The people of God waited for a Messiah. Christmas is a season that reminds us that Jesus is the answer to what we have waited for. And we now wait for his second coming when he will make all things new.
Job demands an audience with God to explain all the suffering he has gone through. What will God do? Will we be faithful to God, even when he seems unjust from our perspective?
