In this episode Holly shares with us some knowledge developed through her book There is no Planet B, in which she delves into the main structured topics of how the behaviors of our planet are affected by ourselves.

In this week's episode we talk about the plastic free lifestyle, trying to improve our lives doing better and checking all the big waste of plastic that we have in our daily lives.  We talk about bulk food stores, bring your own bags to the local markets, and minimising your waste.
