everyone welcome back to the podcast today I just want to talk to you guys about the ways that you can be positive. And I think the main thing here is just thinking about how you're approaching your life, how you're going to do that. And I think number one, out of all of them, is find your why, finding your why is incredibly important when it comes to being positive because if you're able to find your why, you're able to get a lot closer to where you want to be when it comes to your goals. Think about where you want to go in your life. How are you going to get there. These are great ways to continue on, when you're very tired when you don't want to go on anymore. We've all felt that burnout before in our lives. And one way to get around that is to find your why. Find what you're doing, get away from it all and then go for it then. Next, you want to think positive. If you're able to think positive, it's going to be a lot easier in the long run, think about the ways that you can go out there and be positive when maybe it may not be the best situation, you have to have a conscientious effort to be positive in these situations. Thirdly, you want to find a way to take steps towards your goals. If you're not taking steps towards your goals, it's going to be a lot harder to get to where you want to be. Find a way to take little steps towards where you want to go. Don't be too hard on yourself, just take those small steps. fourth. Look for ways to go on. When the storm happens. A lot of times, perseverance, requires hope. Hope is our fourth because we want to make sure that you have the hope to continue on in those moments where it can be incredibly tough. Next, look at the sunrise in the morning, and you'll feel a lot better about yourself, you'll feel a lot better about the day, and where you're going. A beautiful sunrise in the morning can wake you up and make you feel good. Next, Look at your coffee, and I know that sounds funny Wake up and smell the coffee is kind of that terminology we hear from time to time. Look to get up in the morning and just smell that coffee, feel good about life, understand where you're going and where you want to be. And that can really make all the difference in your life. Additionally, finding a way to break away can add balance to your life. When it comes to having positivity. You want to have balance in your life, and that will make an incredible difference in your life, as you look to do things. You have to regenerate yourself, and if you're able to do that, You'll feel a lot better and have much more positivity. Moreover, you want to make sure you're distressing, and that you don't get too caught up in the moment. Not everything's going to be positive in your life and that's one of the ways that you can kind of get away from this mentality that you have to be positive all the time. It can make an incredible difference in your life, if you just look at it this way, the small things are going to happen in your life. Take care of the things that are within your control. Likewise, look for ways to be happy. I know it sounds so cheesy to look for ways to be happy, but happiness. A lot of times is a conscientious choice. Look for ways to be happy in your life. And this will propel you and motivate you to be more positive. In the end it's up to us all to be more positive. We have to make this conscientious choice, and that will make all the difference in our lives, over time, if we're able to do these small things that lead to those bigger things that make a change in our lives. You'll be amazed at how far you can go look at those bigger moments as a way to propel yourself and your life. Don't let those small things get you down. Look for the big goals, and the ways that you're traveling through life. And if you consciously think about how you can be positive, it'll make all the difference in the world.
