The Chicago Cubs are ready for their annual fan convention this coming weekend, and there is a lot of frustration among fans. Chairman Tom Ricketts and his family will not be in attendance to answer fan questions, a decision which has been heavily criticized by many. Ricketts did several radio interviews Thursday on 670 the Score and ESPN 1000 discussing the current status of the team.
