Listen to Dietician Debora Sloan as she helps us cut through nutrition noise and give women 35+ practical information about how to build a well-fuelled diet without obsessing over numbers.
The butt talk continues, but this time we’re asking the important question: what should you actually do if you see blood in your stool? Rebecca shares how she found Dr. Zalai in the first place and ultimately ended up having him remove her hemorrhoid (thanks, bestie!). We also cover treatments for common butt ailments, anal HPV (yes, your ass can get HPV too), why you should get your Gardasil vaccine, and when bleeding deserves a closer look. Come for Rebecca’s hemorrhoid story, stay for an unexpectedly hilarious amount of useful information about your anus.
We’re talking butt stuff with the hilarious and incredibly educational Dr. Cristian Zalai of the West Island Colorectal Clinic. What exactly IS a hemorrhoid? What’s an anal fissure? Why do they happen, and why can they hurt so damn much? Dr. Zalai breaks down some of the most common butt ailments, what’s actually going on back there, and when it might be time to get your butt checked. Somehow, we learned a LOT and laughed almost the entire time.
In Part 2 with body-positive trainer Sara Denny (@sara.denny1), we talk about why you don’t have to earn your food, exercise doesn’t need to be punishment for what you ate, and training can be about getting strong, capable and maybe a little jacked. Sara also gets into what happens when you talk about body positivity online and suddenly everyone with WiFi has an opinion about your body. Food isn’t a reward, exercise isn’t a punishment, and your body is not a public comment section. 💪
What happens when your body changes…and fighting it stops working?
We’re joined by body-positive trainer Sara Denny (instagram @sara.denny1) for a conversation about something so many women have been taught to fear: taking up more space.
Sara shares her own experience with medication-related weight gain and the mindset shift that followed. Instead of training to make herself as small as possible, she started asking a completely different question:
What if I trained for what my body can DO instead of what I want it to weigh?
We talk body positivity, weight gain, unlearning the pursuit of thinness, and why strength, function and feeling powerful in your body might be much better goals than chasing a smaller version of yourself.
And yes, sometimes the goal can simply be: get jacked.
Part 1 of our conversation with Sara Denny. 💪
Okay, we know the basics. Now we have questions.
In Part 2 with Melany Goodhue from Pulse Wealth, we basically do what any reasonable women would do when given access to someone who really understands money: we pick her brain.
We get into the questions women actually have about building wealth, investing, financial independence, relationships and money, planning for the future, and what we should be doing with our money right now.
No judgment. No pretending we already know what all the acronyms mean. And absolutely no assumption that someone else is going to take care of our finances for us.
This is the money conversation we wish someone had sat us down and had with us years ago.
By this point, Rebecca was prepared to follow Melany not only into a fire, but apparently into any financial decision she ever makes again (and hired her shortly before this episode aired!)
Why did we learn the Pythagorean theorem but not how to invest?
This week on Cliterally Obsessed, we’re talking about something that affects almost every part of women’s lives but somehow still feels intimidating to talk about: money.
We’re joined by Melany Goodhue from Pulse Wealth, who managed to explain finances in a way that was practical, approachable, and refreshingly free of finance-bro energy (no offence, bros!).
In Part 1, we go back to basics. We talk about building wealth, investing, saving, debt, planning for the future, and why women can’t afford to disengage from their finances.
If you’ve ever thought, “I really should understand this stuff better,” this episode is for you.
Rebecca was so impressed by the end of this conversation that she told Melany she would follow her into a fire.
We stand by that endorsement.
We covered the basics. Now we’re going deeper. Figuratively, gals.
Madds, co-owner of Wicked Wanda’s, is back for Part 2 of our completely shame-free conversation about anal play, pleasure, toys, and all the questions you may not exactly want sitting in your Google search history.
We’re moving beyond Butt Stuff 101 and getting into the practical stuff: choosing the right toys, why a flared base is non-negotiable, hygiene, comfort, communication, common mistakes, and what you should know before getting more adventurous.
As always, this is sex education without the awkwardness, judgment, or pretending people AREN'T curious about this stuff.
Because if you’re going to explore your butt, you might as well know what you’re doing.
Butt stuff. People are doing it. People are curious about it. And yet somehow, nobody seems to know how to actually talk about it.
This week on Cliterally Obsessed, we’re joined by Madds, co-owner of Wicked Wanda’s, for a completely shame-free Butt Play 101.
We’re getting into the questions people actually have: Why do people like anal play? Where do you even start? How much lube are we talking? What toys are beginner-friendly? What should absolutely not go in your butt? And how do you explore without turning a fun experiment into an emergency department visit?
Whether you’re curious, experienced, or simply listening because you cannot believe we made an entire episode about butts, this one is for you.
Come for the butt stuff. Stay for the anatomy, safety, pleasure, and extremely important discussion about flared bases.
Let's be honest—most of us never received great sex education, and we definitely didn't learn about sex toys or lubricants.
In this episode, we sit down with Madison Dorion, co-owner of Wicked Wanda's (with her MOTHER!) and founder of the Climax Conference, to answer the questions women are often too embarrassed to ask.
We cover everything from choosing your first vibrator and finding the right lubricant to common myths, pelvic floor health, painful sex, menopause, orgasm, and why pleasure deserves a place in healthcare. We also talk about how education—not shame—is at the heart of creating healthier, more fulfilling sex lives.
Whether you're simply curious, navigating changes after childbirth or menopause, experiencing pain with sex, or wondering if all the hype around sex toys is justified, this conversation is packed with practical, evidence-informed advice and plenty of laughs along the way.
I can also make it a little funnier or more click-worthy if this is going on YouTube or Spotify.
