Una puntata speciale per una squadra speciale!
Abbiamo ricostruito la stagione dell'Arsenal Women, cercando spunti di discussione dal filo cronologico che ci ha portati dalla vittoria clamorosa di Lione al terzo posto finale.
In scaletta: la difficile convivenza tra Frida Maanum e Vivianne Miedema; la flessibilità tattica di Jonas Eidevall, voluta o imposta che sia; il difficile compito di trovare un rimpiazzo per Rafaelle; la crescita di Lotte Wubben-Moy; la situazione contrattuale di Katie McCabe; l'Emirates Stadium pieno e Meadow Park, la casa spirituale della squadra.
Soprattutto, abbiamo provato a trasmettervi anche solo una briciola delle emozioni che questo gruppo di giocatrici indomite ha saputo farci vivere.

Lo scherzo è bello quando dura poco!
Arsenal fuori da tutto nello spazio di trenta miseri giorni: il City mette la freccia in Premier League, il Manchester United ci stacca in Women's Super League e il Wolfsburg ci elimina in maniera crudele in Women's Champions League, alle porte della finalissima.
Eppure, non tutto è da buttare: il 3-1 al Chelsea ridà morale in vista della volata finale in Premier e il 3° posto, sinonimo di Champions League, è ancora nelle mani delle nostre ragazze. Non tutto è perduto, è tempo di rialzarsi e ripartire.
Se c'è una cosa che entrambe le nostre squadre hanno dimostrato di avere in abbondanza, è il cuore.

Arriva Pasqua e sia Gabriel Jesus che Katie McCabe risorgono: coincidenze?
Il 4-1 al Leeds con i suoi protagonisti più brillanti, Gabriel Jesus e Granit Xhaka, Leandro Trossard giocatore del mese, le preoccupazioni (giustificate o meno) sulle reali condizioni di Ben White e la trasferta ad Anfield, spauracchio che forse spauracchio non dovrebbe essere.
