Episode 3 of Close the Door and Teach is all about helping teachers understand why parents get upset and even yell. Not only do parents yell but sometimes they will curse and make you feel inadequate. I am here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way and it shouldn't be that way. I am going to give you five steps in helping deal with a parent that is yelling at you. These steps will help you work through understanding WHY a parent yells and HOW to deal with the parent yelling.
