Chef Trevor is the chef/owner of Fable Kitchen (@fablekitchen) in Vancouver, British Columbia and is on a mission to redefine "bad ass chef culture".  He is launching a support community of hospitality professionals can reach out if they are looking for help or just want to improve their current situation.
