Listen Later

Many of us have heard this old-school saying, but it's meaning still holds true today. In this episode, we’re diving into the importance of speaking up for ourselves—whether it’s asking for what we need, setting boundaries, or advocating for our worth. Let’s talk about breaking the silence, reclaiming our voices, and making sure our needs don’t go unheard.
