The “Billy Mayes Hays” of WWEX Group; The Oak Park Kid, and our TL Warrior. Mr. Sean Layton joins the pod to talk about his humble beginnings slinging ink sales door to door in rural Michigan, to later joining WWEX Group as outside B2B sales rep.  Along the way, Sean has raked up numerous awards as an Account Executive, ASM and now Director. 

Layton’s results driven, career first, and just say “yes” mentality caused him to make numerous moves for the company (apparently you can leave the mitten) , who knew!  

All those career-first moves got him to where he is today…The Truckload King of KC.

Coming out of the gates swinging with some Detroit Grit:  Lisa Stavale joins, what might be the best pod of the year.

She talks about her journey from cookie girl to Director of the GLD.  Along the way, Lisa mastered many different roles, faced some adversity, but through it all found a way to come out on top and be a culture and production leader within WWEX Group.... Just don't ask her to open a car door on a windy day (she needs help for that).

Fresh off his promotion to Senior Director of Sales:  Mr. Worldwide himself, John Hartman joins The Closer’s Corner.  

“Johnny fives” regales the group with a few stories from the field and strange encounters he has had during his decade long career.   

For the WWEX Group historians out there, “John the Hitman Hart” started his career on the same day, and in the same office as “Bob the Great”.  The data is murky on who billed more, but Hartman insists he taught Bob everything he knows.
