Sean Woolley, a resident of Monte Mayor in Benahavis, Spain, reveals that he is now a member of the committee that oversees the resort. he says that although he is busy and dislikes getting involved in the politics of where he lives, he is honoured and thrilled to accept the invitation since he believes he can add value to the committee with his legal experience and knowledge in the real estate industry.

Sean Woolley introduces a new project called Villa Malibu, situated in Monte Mayor (Benahavis) which will have stunning sea and mountain views. The concept of the project is inspired by the hanging houses in Southern California. The house will have an open-plan living space, four bedrooms, an office, and a double-edged infinity pool.

This first of the Marbella Sky Villas project is priced at €1,975,000 and is expected to have a value of around €2.3 million upon completion.

The buyer has time to tweak a few things before submitting the plans, and the construction time is estimated to be less than 12 months due to the eco-friendly building method using blocks instead of bricks. The house will also have solar panels and an A-rating certificate.
