Happy men's mental health month to all who identify as male! We love all who are grinding to improve their mental wellness. It ain't an easy task! T is all about not letting her people down, so even with one eye she gathered her buds MC and Lizzie up to give you all an episode. Episode 103 covered the taboo culture surrounding men's mental health, Meg thee Stallion's alleged sex tape leak, Michael Rainey Jr. being sexually assaulted on a stream, and much more.
How many rap disses are going to drop in 2024?! T, Jonesy, Jay, and Shania had their work cut out for them in episode 102. The quartet discussed the latest music drops, the casting of the new Romeo and Juliet, and our hyper sexual culture influencing our decision making. It's unfathomable to think that having sex could be a generational curse. We intend to having live pod shootings soon because we want to hear from the people on the things we cover in episodes.
Oh man! Boy are we excited to be back with you all to present Season 6 "Realer Than Real". Season 6 will be an extension of season 5 "In Real Life". Episode 101 was centered around some topics we were not able to speak to because we were on our podcast break. The major topic for this episode and our Patreon episode is the leaked video of P Diddy abusing Cassie. We want to sending love and healing energy to anyone dealing with domestic violence. You are someone.

We are finally here! 100 episodes in! Give it up for yourself for being here with us to memorialize this special feat. T wanted the 100th episode to be one to remember, so we waited specifically to bring on her great friend Nyema to unpack their beguiling relationship together. T and Nyema were once best friends who went through unfortunate circumstances that resulted in a separation. This conversation between the two was long overdue especially when the love and care for each other forever burns.
We appreciate everyone that tunes into the podcast every week, and with joining our Patreon we get to connect with our supporters on a more direct level. We will have a lot of fun bringing all our listeners under one roof to keep the conversations that happen on the podcast going.

When you start this episode I need you to not have any distractions. Tell that distraction hush in the name of Jesus! Or whatever pastor Keion said...The girls, T and Lizzie, are back for their final episode together in season 5: episode 99. Some of the topics on the agenda consist of the cause and effect of making decisions, Brittany Griner's interview on Good Morning America, showing up for people, and listing traditional cultural flaws. This is a very sensitive time as we witness the cleansing of the Palestinian people and the silenced acts of war in Africa. T asks that we all be more conscious of how we use our voices and pocketbooks.
Episode 98 was such a journey. T brought on one of her peers Carlos for episode 98. Carlos is an undocumented immigrant, master of psychology, scholar, son, and a beautiful person. T and Carlos met in college and served their campus community together as RAs. Carlos's story proves that everyone derives an opportunity to be treated with respect, and his story serves as excellence in the making. One of the major takeaways from this episode with Carlos is the intersectionality of the black and brown experience in America. T told you all that all it takes is to ask intentional questions, listen to understand, and you might learn just how alike we all are.

This episode was shot a day before Kendrick dropped. That's it. That's the tweet. In episode 96, T and the squad discussed what is the black standard on marriage, T felt like we needed to hear from the men. If many of our black women want to be married, then we need to know if that aspiration can even be met. T posted on the Club Culture social media platforms asking for black men to call in and give their POV on marriage. We will continue to create real conversations and get real testimonies until we get a real consensus on how the world is collectively viewed.
Trigger warning: This episode covers topics like sexual assault and victim blaming.
T, Scootie, and Dupree tackled a few heavy topics in episode 96. The agenda for this episode was to advocate for continued independent research and not fall victim to misinformation. The squad discussed Nicki Minaj's tour stop in Chicago, Amanda Seale's interview on Club Shay Shay, and homework replacing time away from time spent with your children. April is sexual assault awareness month. If you are a survivor of SA and/or know of some of the strongest survivors, then we are sending you much love and continued prosperity. You are not alone in healing from your trauma and you matter so much to Club Culture.
Quick question! Would you rather be stuck in a forest with a bear or a man? Leave a comment and let us know. Now if you have been with the pod since the beginning, then you must know Lizzie loves her some Chris Brown. Leave it up to Jill Scott to get the people going about Chris Brown's past. T and Lizzie got very candid about CB's pattern of abusive behaviors, moving on from a person's past decisions, and society's view on supporting serial offenders. The girls also tackled reviewing a skeptical Taylor Swift song. We too would like to go back in time but without racism Taylor.
