Melina hat schon früh angefangen, sich mit elektronischer Musik auseinanderzusetzen. Bis dato nur selbst als interessierte Zuhörerin auf regionalen und überregionalen Veranstaltungen, wurden im Jahr 2015 befreundet DJ’s und Veranstalter aus ihrem Umfeld, insbesondere dem ehemaligen Kasseler Club ‚Das Erste Mal‘ auf ihr großes Interesse, sowie das schlummernde Potenzial aufmerksam und nahmen sie prompt an dieHand, um ihr das Mixen beizubringen.

Die ersten Gigs ließen nicht lange auf sich warten und so bekam sie nach dem Ausscheiden ihrer alten Homebase „Das Erste Mal“ eine Residency beim Kasseler Club ARM, welcher sie bis heute neben weiteren regionalen und überregionalen Gigs nachgeht.

Jedes ihrer Sets erzählt seine eigene Story und zielt darauf ab, eine bestimmte Stimmung herzustellen. Ihr Sound ist ebenso dystopisch wie durchschlagskräftig. Inspiriert von Labels wie Sandwell District, Semantica oder Blueprint, nur um einige zu nennen, zählen

zu Ihren Einflüssen sowohl Ambient, als auch Detroit und industrial Techno. Selten bleibt es beim bloßen 4/4-Takt.

Neben dem ARM ist ihr musikalisches zu Hause die erfolgreiche Kasseler Veranstaltungsreihe „SINE“, die aus einem Teil der ehemaligen „nüchtern.“-Reihe entstand und es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, intelligenten Techno nach Kassel zu holen. Hier hatte sie bereits die Chance neben vielen internationalen Szenegrößen wie Keith Carnal, Dax J, Nur Jaber, Markus Suckut uvm. zu spielen.

Melodic and driving, driven and melancholic - put into a nutshell its this dualistic groove that defines Jonas Woehl’s sound. Packed with impressions and directions, grounded by a firm but never overladen bass, its about finding a balance without taking sides. Not deciding between light and darkness, but rather dancing in the shadows and enjoying both. It’s in this concept that the young Dresdners sound design has put itself to the test, beginning with high-carat remixes for top-players such as Jay Haze and Fritz Kalkbrenner, he has developed and mastered stepping over the border of conventionalism and going towards his own interpretation of emotional dance music. EPs on german top- notch labels such as Get Physical and Solee’s Parquet Recordings have ultimately been a game changer for Woehl and his debute album on the young Berlin-based label Lenient Tales follows this path. Bringing out „White Sheets“ - a 10-track journey on the back of this nutshell - he follows the perception that there’s neither black nor white, but rather a hazy blend.

The Artist and Producer Mirco Niemeier is a true Berliner of the old scene of his city. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, he had the chance to live the open minded music revolution of these golden times and so he savored to the fullest. At this time he was inspired by synthesizer sounds of the 80´s & 90´s, which smooth the way forwards electronic music.

“Groove, melody, fat basslines, atmospherically sounds and unexpected stories” from house to techno: this is how we could sum-up the musical style of Mirco, influenced by a wide selection of producers and labels, including Âme, Steve Bug, Ricardo Villalobos, Robosonic, DJ Koze and labels like Poker Flat, Sonar Kollektiv, Perlon, Noir and Suara, among others. With accurate mixes, full of power and good vibes, his sessions will lead you to dance till the end!

Mirco has already released a whole bunch of ep´s and remixes for Metanoia, Circle Music, Whatiplay, Sunset Handjob, Off Recordings, Kindisch and more. He recently launched a brand new side project in collaboration with his fellow partner Beatamines, producing together under the moniker of Ektschn!, with two vinyl ep´s, signed on Super Flu’s label Sunset Handjob. So we can look forward to new projects and stuff, because boredom is a loanword for Mirco!

Ela H. grown up in a small village near Berlin. After finishing school with her A-level she moved to Berlin to study economics. She discovered her passion for electronic music through friends from the DJ & Clubscene in Berlin. Because of her passion, she recognised her desire to express her personality, her way of life and her attitude with her own sound. Inspired by frequent stays in Ibiza, London and Miami she starts to develop her own style and to entertain her own crowd. Her mixing skills were not longer a secret and bookings at Helene Beach Festival, Suicide Circus (Berlin), Weidendamm (Hannover), Die Nacht (Mönchengladbach), Les Jeudis Electro (France), Silencio (Genf), Salon zur Wilden Renate and many more were the consequence. Pushed through this development she

published her first own production on Quadriga recently 2015. Her style of music is based by a lot of influneces from the past time till she finally found her own style. The mix of Minimal and driving Tech-House and Techno is always a guarantee for a great night experience with her all over. Petrus ist ein junger und aufstrebender Techno-DJ. Er liebt dunkle und kräftige Sounds, die ihm in dieser Musikrichtung faszinieren.

Von Techno bis Hardtechno ist von ihm alles zu erwarten, aber auch der Industrielle Techno kommt bei ihm nicht zu kurz, ebenso die Underground Dark-Technoszene.

Durch sein stetiges Engagement werden seine Sets deshalb nie langweilig. Irgendwie treibend, gar galoppierend und mitreißend und immer mit den neusten und besten Tracks.

Petrus war schon immer begeistert von der Musik, aber noch viel mehr davon, wie es die Künstler schaffen, die Menschen damit zu verzaubern und in den Bann der Euphorie zu ziehen. Dies wollte er selbst herausfinden und startete aus der Leidenschaft zum Techno heraus vor Kurzem seine Karriere.

Als Resident im Heimatlichen Club Montagewerk Luckenau hat er zunächst festen Fuß gefasst.

Er liebt er es, über Grenzen zu gehen, längere Sets zu spielen und die freudvolle Crowd auf seine Reise mitzunehmen.

Wir wissen noch nicht viel über Petrus, mit Sicherheit wissen wir jedoch, dass er auf offene Ohren treffen wird.
