On our third episode from the Clubhouse app we talk to a diverse group of industry thought leaders about a very important topic, Restaurant Industry Mental Health and Care Plans. We are honored to partner up with Katy Osuna of the Copper & Heat Podcast in the midst of their third season, “Pre-Shift”, to tackle this topic.

With a large audience listening in, we hear from a couple dozen individuals to get their insights and personal experiences on the matter. Focusing on building more awareness as well as resources to provide to help in the industry, we discuss the importance of mental health and self care.
