Theme: Simeon and Levi’s sin didn’t lead the LORD to break His covenant promises. Because of Christ, the sin of God’s people won’t render Him faithless either. 

Theme: No obstacle will finally stand in the way of God’s plan to get you home to the Promised Land where God dwells with His people in Christ. 

Theme: Even when His chosen people experience hardship in exile, the LORD is fulfilling His promise to redeem them from their woes and make of them a mighty nation.

Theme: In Christ alone, God comes down to sinners who cannot go up to Him, and promises to be with them until he brings them home to Himself. 

Theme: God faithfully protects the blessing, so that it is given to the elect offspring, therefore you can marvel at His sovereign ability to secure the blessing for you. 

Theme: The covenant promises God made to Abraham remain in place despite sin and conflict, and those promises resolve in the Son of Abraham Who serves the bread and cup of salvation to the nations.
