Drs. Lee Milligan and Peter Canning from Asante join me for a discussion about the implementation of the upcoming PAMA law. Hear the science behind measuring EHR satisfaction from Taylor Davis at KLAS. They are truly the experts in understanding how well clinicians are getting along with their IT tools. I love one quote from Taylor as he was recalling a conversation with another CMIO that has a very successful program in place. "We've had to make sacrifices in other areas in order to be able to more robustly build out a team that works with the human beings involved in this equation." Sounds like a strong idea to me.

What does innovation look like in your system? Innovation in healthcare can come from anywhere and our clinical colleagues have a million ideas to bring forward.
