An intergenerational letter that has been in her draft has now finally seen the light. 

Harshitha writes the most beautiful letter to her forefathers and foremothers ;) as well to her future generation about at least finding a way to being kind towards their respective bodies. 

She ends her piece by saying "To learn and unlearn and breaking chains of body standards one wheel at a time!"
