An intergenerational letter that has been in her draft has now finally seen the light. 

Harshitha writes the most beautiful letter to her forefathers and foremothers ;) as well to her future generation about at least finding a way to being kind towards their respective bodies. 

She ends her piece by saying "To learn and unlearn and breaking chains of body standards one wheel at a time!"

In this episode, he fondly writes a letter to his soul that is reborn everyday and addresses it as a child. He calls everyone in the room 'aththai' and 'mama', because it felt like one big family, where each of them had something insightful to teach the child.
