The habit of entering a situation with less emotion.  Regardless of how flat you make the pancake, there are always two sides to each transaction.

We have so many subconscious habits that come in to play each day.  We can develop habits that work the same way.  At first, they may cause discomfort, but in the long run, they may help us serve our clients better.

How do you make sure you have integrity in your work?   make the decisions--the hard decisions ahead of time so that when it comes down to those hard choices you will already know where the line is.

Sometimes you just have to tell people, "I don't like you enough to go to jail for you."  Practice saying no...especially if you are a people pleaser like Cheryl was.

We may occasionally be asked to do something that is not right.  Here's what you do.  Stop.  Take a breath.  "NO".

2-accepting cash earnest money and putting in their own account

3- and having the check made out to the agent
