Ep #19: Today I sit down to talk about how co-parenting is going in my world and how we keep it low stress. It doesn't have to be hard and I'm working to do my best in giving my son a childhood he doesn't have to heal from. His father and I ensure we keep him first and our conversations around his needs and well being. It's been a few months but I'm proud of our foundation.
