Karen Civil a Hip-hop marketing strategist known for blowing up as a blogger after creating a website for Lil Wayne when he went to prison in 2010 so his fans could write him was exposed by Joyner Lucas and Jessie Woo who both stated Karen was unethical, a scammer, a fraud and unprofessional.
