I met Caitlin back in 2016 when she would come train with her volleyball team at Impact Sports Performance. As the years progressed I watched her transition from playing sports at a collegiate level to training and then beginning her own coaching/training and brand. In a short amount of time she has come a long way. She sat down with me over lunch to tell me about the tremendous amount of charity and service she was involved with. As we sat, I knew more people needed to hear her story and journey from Miami to becoming an entrepreneur and giving back to young women that may miss out on a chance to excel in their sport. 

Growing her brand took 1-3 years of working with others and learning what to and NOT to do in business. She values each learning experience and proceeds coming from being her authentic self. She focused so much on programming and packing so much into a training session that she left out one of the most important part of truly connecting with each and every client on a more personal level. That is what drives her now and where she has found most of her success in truly getting to know each client, what drives them and how she can best serve in their journey. 

Her morning routine sets herself up for success each day and starts with readings, prayer and connection to God. Her faith is of utmost importance and prepares her to have a full and most productive day.
