1. Podcast recording of a script (real or AI, it can also be unscripted if you prefer to just talk)
2. At least one sentence in a foreign language - try adding to your script "or as they say in _______ " and just finish the sentence in another language using the dubbing tool
3. At least one sound effect. Use it for effect somewhere in the recording
4. Edit out any mistakes or long pauses (try to make some mistakes when recording so you can edit them out)
5.  Intro or outro song, or both. In the podcasting world we call this the "intro bumper" or "outro bumper"
