I met coach back in my first couple months living down in South Florida. As a recent transplant from NY, teaching and coaching at a local private school, I met Jeff while I was walking out to the baseball field. His team, coaching staff and energy was spread out across several different open fields and It was an absolute display of high intense energy and controlled chaos. I was informed of the lacrosse team legend upon moving down and accepting a teaching position but I had never seen anything quite like that when stepping out on the fields. 

We both went different directions after that school year as I had a life change and Jeff was let go after 19 years as head coach and achieving multiple state championships. Think about that....A 19 year routine changed in an instant. I stayed in touch with coach over the years and we bumped into each other at different gyms and local events and he was always positive and carried that same intensity and passion for helping people into several new ventures. Today he still mentors his sons, many young gentleman in sports and life coaching. 

He uses a unique term of finding your ZAZAZOO - which is what drives you to be your best in everything you get to do in a day. His daily routine allows for him to pack a lot into one day from meeting with those in the community, coaching, working out and balancing his love for the ocean, fitness, health and wellness.
