Today we welcome Lindsay Krause to the Max Out Mindset Podcast. Lindsay is a current volleyball student-athlete at the University of Nebraska. She was named to the 2022 Academic All-Big Ten and 2021 Big Ten All-Freshman Team and is an Assistant Coach with Premier Nebraska 16 Gold.

Lindsay was a multi-sport athlete in high school and captured four Nebraska Class B State Volleyball Championships! She shares how mindset training provided successful strategies to own her self-talk to play confident on the court
