Welcome to Day 1 of GUTSY COACH WEEK!
Are you getting paid to do what you love? Is there something you’re great at that could improve the lives of others?
In today’s episode of Get Gutsy, I’m talking to my longtime friend, Misty Catheline, who is helping people conquer their chaos as an organizational life coach.

Love how we have evolved our love of cheerleading into supporting our team of coaching clients.
During this interview, you’ll be inspired by the different options that exist as a life coach and how you can discover your true path, just like Misty did. We talk about the benefits of enrollment conversations (Misty is a pro!), juggling the chaos of life, the perceived value of getting certified as a coach, dealing with the loss of loved ones, and so much more!

Today here in the United States, we sit on the precipice of one of the most important presidential elections in the history of our country.
So it seems fitting to offer you up a podcast episode focusing on the spirit of democracy, voting and using your voice.
Listen, I know that this presidential campaign has been ROUGH.
I’ve seen, heard and felt some things that are ugly, sad, disheartening and unbelievable.
AND … I’ve seen, heard and felt some things that are amazing, exciting, joyful and awe-inspiring.
This election cycle has been wild. Seriously.
And even though I’ve been super frustrated by a lot of what has gone on with all of the major parties (and the media), you better believe that today I’ll be at my local fire station - the site of our polling place - VOTING.
Especially as a woman, I know that it wasn’t so long ago that I didn’t have this right to cast a vote. The old laws essentially said, “Lady, your voice doesn’t matter as much as a white man’s voice.”
And I thank my sisters who were part of the women’s suffrage movement who FOUGHT (oftentimes sacrificing their lives) for my right to cast my ballot.
So I dedicate this episode of Get Gutsy to them, the Suffragettes.
I hope you enjoy it.
Get out the vote.
xoxo

Today I want to talk to you about going where you can have the biggest impact.
I know that you are here to do something significant.
You’re here to change lives.
You’re here to make the world a better place.
And you’re going to get served up a lot of different questions, options, opportunities, and it is up to you, absolutely up to you, to be able to say yay or nay, to be able to pivot, to be able to go down one road you THINK is right … only to realize you need to hop on another road instead.
And this is okay.
This is more than okay.
But this isn’t always easy.
It can be very uncomfortable for you as you’re needing to disappoint some people because they want you to do something they think you should do.
This episode of Get Gutsy will give you the courage you need to use your energy wisely and to NOT get distracted by bright shiny objects.
