One good way of finding out more about Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is to study the presuppositions of NLP. Most people have heard about communication is 7% words, 38% tonality, and 55% body language. If you watch master communicators at work – be it delivering a speech or when having a face to face conversations with people, you will notice that they use all three modes of communication – they choose their words wisely, look fully convinced about what they are saying, at the same time interested in how you feel and use a tone of voice that makes you feel compelled to do what they are suggesting.

In this new episode of Learn N' Grow, we discuss another presupposition in NLP, "Behind every behavior is an unconscious positive intention". Our behavior no matter what behavior we exhibit has a positive intention at least for the person exhibiting. Watch Coach Nabila dig deep into this presupposition.

When we are met with a failure, we often may consider it as a roadblock and get demotivated. However, if we change our perspective and take it as feedback then we will see a road ahead. Feedback does not only tell you what you should avoid doing but also what you need to do more of. However, sometimes our mindset gets in the way of our self-reflection and has the potential to set us back on our path to our destiny.
