The way to stop believing in limiting beliefs. You must put the thought in front of you and look at it, and step a way from it. Know that whatever you believe is a choice. Believing you aren't capable creates certain feelings. Do you want to CHOOSE to believe that? Do you choose to believe you can't get healthier? It's a choice you have, not a circumstance out there. 

  1. What is the limiting belief? 2. Do I know for sure it is true? Is there any other possibility? 3. What is the REAL truth? 4. What would I do differently if I believed this? What you think about matters. Make it easier for yourself to set your thoughts upon your goals and uplifting pictures, content, quotes and movies.
