Off schedule show this week. The Coaches sit down with Mike Herndon (@MikeMiracles) from the Football and other F words podcast. Mike gives his opinions on what the Titans lost and compares the ones that walked (or were told to leave) to the ones that were invited in. A look ahead to the rest of free agency and the draft to see where the Titans might be able to address remaining needs. Always fun to sit down with someone who knows the ins and outs of football.

The Coaches discuss life and football with former Tennessee Titan Kevin Dyson. Including a look into the past and present that includes his decision to walk away from coaching that led to his doctorate pursuit. We also discuss his upcoming podcast, 3 the pro way. The show will center around professional career transformations and how people chase their passions at different stages in life. Coaching can certainly bleed over into real life and we look into how that impacts our families and real world experiences. We also swap coaching stories that helped or helped us learn what not to do along the way. This episode would be complete with out a look at the current state of the Titans. Kevin gives his assessment of the team and what needs to be targeted this offseason. All this and more on one of our longest episodes in a while.

The Coaches discuss the exciting news that was the coordinator news. Just kidding. The Coaches give there takes on the underwhelming news that was the coordinator announcements. Both are familiar names to the Titans organization but how excited should fans be about the choices? Jon Robinson now needs to make a splash this offseason to get some excitement back in the offseason. The Titans coaches were also at the Senior Bowl recently. Hopefully they were able to use their extra time wisely to get a better read on prospects this year. Also, are you excited about the "big game"? Are the coaches? Tune in and find out this week on The Coaches Corner.

The Coaches discuss the Titans playoff loss to the Ravens. The hard pill to swallow that is the performances on both sides of the ball. Offense that is normally good was bad and the defense that is normally bad was good. A frustrating turn of events for the Titans offense that seemed to capable to put up points on anyone. Also, an overall review of the season in terms of success vs failure. A look at the future of the Titans in the offseason and possible offseason topics for the Coaches Corner podcast. Bonus topic covering the National Title game for Bama vs the Buckeyes. All this and more on the show this week.

The Coaches discuss the Titans winning the AFC South. The offense was shining once again but the defense was also the normal amount of bad as well. There were milestones set and a shout out to the offensive line is well deserved. Can the Titans compete in the playoffs or will the defense hold this potent offense back? It is playoff time again and anything can happen. Titan Up!

The Coaches discuss the Titans loss in the frozen tundra. A look at if the weather played a part for just this game or if the Titans are just cursed in snow games. Luckily the Super Bowl is played in warmer conditions. The defense was bad again and the offense could not keep the pace with the Packers. A look ahead to the second matchup with the Houston Texans. Win and in with the 4th seed. Lose and it becomes more complicated than anyone wanted in a year the Titans got over the 9 win mark. All this and more, this week, on the Coaches Corner!

The Coaches discuss the win over the Lions and briefly touch on playoff scenarios. Win and they are in sure, but it is important to track seeding through what teams need to lose to clench things for the Titans. Spending time discussing the dynamic and balanced offense for the Titans, which is arguably the top offense in the NFL right now. The defense did play better in spots this week, but is it enough (shocker, our suggestion is going to be similar to what we have said all season). This weeks coaching lesson is a whooper. All this and more, this week, on the Coaches Corner!

Johnathan Boren tackles the Coaches Corner solo this week. Great insight as always as he takes a look at the Titans and where they currently stand. Great win vs the Jacksonville Jaguars but can not afford a let down this week vs the Detroit Lions. Join Johnathan as he fills in quite nicely for his under the weather cohost.
