The Central Missouri Activities Conference wrestling tournament is today at Jefferson City High School. Helias wrestling coach Kyle Markway starts off our program. Jefferson City Jays and Lady Jays basketball coaches Ethan Williams and Kay Foster also join us on the show and we head to Seneca this morning to talk with Blair Oaks wrestling coach David Nicolaescu as his team competes in the Seneca Wrestling Tournament.
