On Friday, the Capital City Cavaliers and Lady Cavaliers participated in one of the premier track events in Missouri, the Licklider Relays at Adkins Stadium. Capital City track and field coach Scott Gschwender starts off our show. The Blair Oaks Falcons are headed back to a baseball tournament in Columbia today. We head to Columbia and talk with Falcons coach Mike DeMilia. In the second half-hour, we meet Chris Michaels, the new head basketball coach for the Jefferson City Lady Jays.
