  • The Future of AI Voice: Dan Price on Ethical Technology and the Human Art of Audio
    Dan Price
Founder of BionicVO | 35-Year Audio Advertising Veteran | 1,000+ Awards.
For 35 years, Dan Price has been one of the most awarded audio advertising producers in the industry — with over 1,000 awards including Cannes Lions, Clios, and Radio Mercury Awards. He's created campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world: Google, IBM, Ford, Chevrolet, AT&T, NBC, Staples, and many more.
But Dan saw a problem. As AI voice technology exploded, the quality gap became impossible to ignore — robotic, lifeless audio was flooding the market, and real voice actors were being left behind. So he built BionicVO, an AI-powered voice platform that does things differently. BionicVO partners directly with elite U.S. voice actors, using ethical AI practices to create broadcast-quality voice content at scale — without cutting corners or cutting out the humans who make great audio possible.
Dan is a compelling podcast guest because he sits at a rare intersection: decades of hands-on creative experience meets cutting-edge AI innovation. He can speak to the real-world challenges of building an ethical AI company, the future of voice acting in an AI world, what 35 years in audio advertising taught him about storytelling, and why the best AI voice technology still needs human craft at its core.
He's articulate, opinionated, and full of stories from the front lines of both traditional media and the AI revolution. Your audience will walk away with a new perspective on where voice technology is headed — and why it matters. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com

  • Narrative Leadership: How to Break Free From the Stories Shaping Your Life and Leadership
    Jon Symes
SPEAKER | CREATOR OF NARRATIVE LEADERSHIP | TRUTH-TELLER
I'm the creator of Narrative Leadership — a body of work built on one idea: most people are trying to fix behaviour, when the real lever is the story underneath it. Once someone can see the story they're inside, they're no longer trapped by it.
For over 20 years I've worked with leaders, men in midlife, and people in transition to uncover the invisible narratives shaping how they think, lead, relate and live — the stories about success, masculinity, identity and control that quietly drive performance, and quietly create disconnection.
This is the work I call Narrative Liberation, and it's for anyone carrying a story they didn't choose — though I've seen it land with particular force for men. It shows up equally in:
    - a man who feels flat despite "doing everything right"
    - a leader whose team isn't aligned despite a clear strategy
    - a culture operating inside assumptions no one has questioned
My new book, The Stories That Are Killing Us, goes deeper into exactly this.
I'm not a hype guest. My goal is to have your listeners say: "That's exactly what I've been feeling — but I've never heard it explained like that."
I'll work with you to create an episode that is:
    - Insight-rich (clear frameworks people can apply immediately)
    - Honest and human (no performance, no posturing)
    - Sticky (listeners keep thinking about it — and sharing it — afterwards)
If you want an episode that cuts through the noise and actually shifts how your audience sees their life or leadership, I'm a strong fit. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com

  • Right Leader, Wrong Arena: Colonel Damon Wells on Leadership and Performance
    Damon Wells
Army officer with 30 years leadership and command experience, author of six books, and creator of the Athlete-Arena model
My guest today is Damon Wells, a colonel in the U.S. Army with 32 years of service. His job right now is coaching corps and theater-level commands, simulating over 100,000 military personnel per exercise, through the largest and most complex multinational exercises the military runs. He works directly with a few commanding generals at a time. Before his current job, he commanded a 2,000-person artillery organization at Fort Carson, and before that a field artillery battalion. He has written six books on leadership, including Right Leader, Wrong Arena and Close the Loop. His work adds a second variable to how leaders think about their own performance: not just what they bring, but what the environment does to what they bring. Damon, welcome. • Mark Burnett’s Brain Restore Journey: Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and the Search for Better Brain Health
    Mark Burnett
Tested natural supplement for Parkinson’s Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Japanese led to the discovery of a natural cure. My American ingenuity invented the way to make it pure & My Brain Restore was born.
Tested natural supplement for Parkinson’s Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Japanese led to the discovery of a natural cure. My American ingenuity invented the way to make it pure & My Brain Restore was born
Mark Burnett is the president of APDI, which stands for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Dementia Impaired. He learned about all these neurological conditions being cured through experiments at a Japanese university. He started taking the supplements the mice took and went from advanced stage Parkinson’s to level one and eliminated his Alzheimer’s. After six months of personal testing and consulting with his neurologist, who gave the thumbs up, he started his own supplement company to provide exactly what he took, so that others could experience the same results. He has people using his nutraceutical from around the United States, including doctors who order it for themselves. He’s undergoing advanced medical tests to prove his position and demonstrate how the product works, in addition to the fact that 100% of the mice were all cured. He has contributed to the Alzheimer’s Association and the Michael J. Fox Foundation in addition to running in their marathons, something he could not do before taking the nutraceutical he made available to the public, which is available at his website, mybrainrestore.com, but also available on Amazon and soon to be on Walmart's marketplace. Mark Burnett got his Parkinson’s from being born on Camp Lejeune, which was contaminated with TCE in the water system. Camp Lejeune has a 70% higher rate of Parkinson’s than any other base the government has tested. The use of dry cleaning fluid by dry cleaners has a 500% higher rate of Parkinson’s. Mark Burnett has two conditions, both Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, but has been able to beat them back, not with drugs from drug companies with severe side effects, but from a natural ingredient that had to be made in a very unique way, which he calls the Ultra Chill Milled, which is trademarked. In addition, this product can be used as a preventive measure for those with a genetic background of neurological diseases, and can also be used by individuals who experience brain fog or want to have a sharper memory. Don't forget those gamers who wouldn’t mind a memory edge at 20% improvement. Even in the mouse studies, the normal mice's memory improved by 20%. Mark tested all this on himself for six months before running in the Michael J. Fox marathon in Washington, D.C., and getting a medal at the end. It’s extremely rare to have someone start a supplement company that actually benefits the diseases it addresses. Still, he waited six months to see if it worked before making it available to the public. And now we have him here on our podcast to answer everyone’s questions and to see for yourself how focused he is, for someone who has these two neurological diseases, how it’s changed his life and may change the lives of many other people. Keeping in mind, the FDA doesn’t allow us to say that. However, the medical tests and the improvements don’t lie, especially with diseases that have no cure. But now there may be more than hope, but a simplistic solution. As one person put it, if you could get people 10% better, they’d be happy, but he won’t stop until he’s 100% better. His tenacity and refinements to the Quality of his supplement for the people that purchase it are the same because he takes it himself, the same thing everyone else gets. That doesn’t happen in the supplement industry. Mr. Burnett has also written a book about his journey in addition to posting on his own website for people to follow the updates he has a powerful FAQ section for the public and also healthcare providers to understand the science so whether you’re someone with neurological condition or a caregiver or just someone that wants to improve their memory, this is an exciting show where you can ask the person who actually invented a supplement. He takes on as many questions as you want, and you’ll be surprised by his to-the-point answers, his struggles, and his humor as he battles incurable diseases, but has no plans to stop beating them back.

  • A Second Chance at Life: Gaylen Wilson on Love, Intimacy, Emotional Safety & Relationship Healing
    Gaylen Wilson
Heart transplant survivor paying that blessing forward by helping couples rebuild emotional safety, Intimacy, and connection before the relationship collapses.
Today’s guest is Gaylen Wilson, a heart transplant survivor, 20-years-sober former alcoholic, relationship author, erectile dysfunction advocate, Certified Thriving Relationship Coach, and founder of The Monument Method Institute with his wife Heather.
Gaylen’s life has not been one comeback. It has been a series of forced reinventions.
After farm failure, a collapsed stockbroker career, alcoholism, sobriety, career disruption after 9/11, rebuilding as a computer repairman, and later becoming a successful field-service technician, Gaylen faced the largest crisis of his life.
In 2014, a virus attacked his heart and left him in end-stage heart failure. For the next three and a half years, he and Heather lived through hospital rooms, fear, financial pressure, uncertainty, lost intimacy, disability, and the reality that without a transplant, he was going to die.
On June 19, 2018, Gaylen sat Heather down and told her he likely had only a few months left. About thirty minutes later, the transplant center called. The next morning, he received a new heart.
That experience left him with one driving question:
What do you do with years you were never guaranteed?
For more than five years, Gaylen helped inside two of the largest erectile dysfunction support communities on Facebook, serving roughly 60,000 men and partners. Through thousands of conversations, he saw that ED is often far more than a bedroom problem. It can become a mental-health crisis involving shame, anxiety, depression, avoidance, masculinity collapse, and relationship damage.
Those experiences helped shape The Monument Method, a relationship system focused on emotional safety, conflict repair, intimacy restoration, personal responsibility, and protecting the bond under pressure.
Gaylen and Heather are also building MVP — Monument Validated Person — a relationship-readiness dating platform designed for people who want to prepare for healthier relationships before they start dating.
