If you want to improve your coaching skill or want to learn some good things about coaching then this guidebook will teach you how to become a better coach. I am pretty sure here you will get all the things like essential guides, good ideas, effective techniques, right ways, helpful lessons and many more things.

The author Ian has presented & described all the things very clearly with easy to understand language so I didnât face any problem to understand all these things. This read not only helped me to improve my knowledge but also showed me how easily I can make myself as a professional coach. Better guide

Finding approachable, comprehensive and practical guidance on coaching, and it's application in a business environment, is pretty near to impossible. Having benefitted myself from personal coaching, I was keen to use coaching as a means of improving the performance and productivity of those people who work for and with me.

This book is an invaluable reference, providing me with coaching tools, techniques and tips in a really easy to use format. It is no-nonsense, straightforward and easily read and understood. The main text is broken up by example conversations, regular challenging exercises, and coaching checklists. This practical book has delivered results for me. If you are considering coaching, I cannot imagine a better guide.

Impressive! A good read for anyone wanting to sharpen their coaching skills, a lot of the content is very similar to other coaching books but the bottom line is in order to be a good Coach you need to constantly look at things in a different way. Worth recommending!

Useful information with valuable insights

Coaching technique is something that I feel that I have been lacking in my career. My followers do not seem to be motivated well enough and I think that there must be something missing in the way I conduct myself and guide others. After reading the book, I gained some valuable insights and tried applying one of the methods. I am glad to share that it did help my team. I am looking forward to apply more of the techniques shared in the book. Overall, this book content is coherent and well put together for practical application.
