She also works tirelessly to make a real difference as Chair of the Board for Childcare Connections, the charity she supports to help working parents with affordable childcare.

KATY TAYLOR, Senior Practitioner Leader-ship Development Coach at Barclays:  An accomplished conference speaker and Leadership Development Coach, Katy has been working with Global brands since 1998, including Coca-Cola, Kodak, Mars and Britvic.  She is also a speaker coach for TEDx, and specialises in removing self-limiting beliefs, self-confidence coaching, and building personal impact and influence.
