Tasha Eurich in her book, Insight, talks about "external self-awareness", understanding how other people see us.

This got me thinking about times when I was viewed or understood in an entirely different light that I would have thought. It's good for us to be able to see ourselves how others see us.

I share a couple of those times when others had to confront me...
