In this episode, I talk about representational systems, the systems linked to our five senses (six, when we include auditory digital). We all have a preferred system, both for processing the world and for then retrieving memories. Some of us are auditory, some are visual, and so on.
Understanding our preferred systems allows us to play to our strengths, we can switch system if our preferred system is not giving us the results we want, and, if we are working with other people, we can work with their systems, increasing rapport.
If you want to find out what your preferences are, do the representational system test, which you can find here.
