In a traditional workplace, priorities like protecting people and communicating effectively were part of everyday leadership.
When the workplace culture moved into the home, remote working altered the status quo.

Susan Bourke has been in the legal business over 20 years and has worked first hand with firms nationwide to develop their in-house marketing and put them on the first page of Google.
Her day job is to assist solicitors and the legal business sector increase their footfall and sales by providing online marketing services with her own SaaS platform.
Bourke has a Masters in Digital Marketing and established LegalRSS.ie as a direct response to the needs of Irish solicitors .
She has been a business mentor to many firms nationwide and now provides coaching to businesses both legal and professional services combining her experience and knowledge in a unique coach/mentor approach.
Bourke says;

In 2022 post Covid that will not be enough.”
