We speak with Dr Cameron Peers on the area of "Confidence and Motivation". Cameron is a psychologist, who has recently completed his Doctorate in the area of Child Physical Literacy and the psychological side of it.

Dr Stephen Behan joins us to discuss the importance of Physical Literacy in Children. Dr Behan has recently completed his Doctorate in DCU. This combined with his experience as a Games Promotion Officer in Dublin for nearly 10 years, allows Stephen to give a unique insight into how GAA can play a huge role in developing the Physical Literacy of all children. A fascinating listen for every coach, parent or teacher.

We chat with Wexfords Willie Cleary, who is Project Director of the highly successful "Hurling 365" program being rolled out in primary schools in conjunction with the local clubs in Wexford. A really interesting conversation and a great insight to how clubs can maximize the benefits of a strong Club School link.

Tom Coleman is the co founder of mynutrition.ie and is a Sleep specialist. Tom has worked with world leading athletes to ensure Sleep is maximized to aid recovery and performance. Tom speaks to us about the science behind the importance of sleep and also outlines various examples of what we can do to gain maximum value from a very important, but sometimes neglect. We discussed Player Development with Brian Cuthbert. Putting all the parts together in a holistic format. Brian has years of experience as a Coach and mentor having worked at every level from club to county, as a teacher/principal and in his studies on player development within the Talent academy area. Brian talks openly about areas we can address within the GAA and the avenues to further enhance the experience for all stakeholders. A really enlightening discussion
