In this episode I talk to personal trainer Jordan Syatt.

Jordan has deadlifted 4X his body weight and has an online personal training business. He is straight forward and tells you the facts. He is known for telling the truth about weight loss and making it as straight forward as possible for his clients. 

I had the honor to hop on a call with Jordan and pick his mind about deadlifts and becoming a personal trainer. 

Unfortunately, my computer crashed mid-call and I lost the first half of the recording where we dug deep into deadlift technique and training to achieve his goal. 

Luckily, I was able to hop on another computer and record the personal training coaching tips Jordan was giving me.
