I have also realized that I am LAZYYY!
I can't just sit on the couch all day otherwise I feel like it was a waste of a day after work.
Tune in to find out how I keep myself accountable and try to fill my days with what I want to do.

In this episode, I talk to physical preparation coach Thomas Legath
IG @trainertom Email: [email protected]
Thomas teaches me how to analyze my current fitness programming.
Why go to the gym 5 days a week if you can get the same results in 3?
Why spend 4 hours/week at the gym increasing tension and only do 30 minutes/week of stretching/recovery (reducing tension)?
We talk about program design for each individual and what makes every single program unique.
We are all in different situations...therefore, all our programming should be different.
Listen in and learn how to analyze what's best for YOU.
