In this episode, I share the coaching space with an Enneagram Two that participates in regular coaching with me & so I was so thankful that she was willing to let y’all listen in on her coaching session this time. In our conversation, we explore some of the dynamics around stress & conflict that show up in the Type 2s “move” to Type 8 as the Stress Point. We also take a gentle look at the emotions that come up in these moments that she was remembering & we use a somatic body-based approach to exploring & processing her emotions.
