Mission first, people always. "People always" means leadership that produces shalom in church. "Mission First" means always moving towards the goal. No distractions, no getting sidetracked. Make sure the people around you are leading you towards your shalom.

Tune out the noise! Every great work has its haters. Practice patience and persistence: have a "mind to work." Address the threats, but never forget that GOD's power is making the work effective. Never, ever put down your sword. The enemy is real.

Sorrow: pray about what hurts your heart, it will clarify your calling.

Waiting: seasons of prayerful waiting prepare us for life-changing moments.

Action: when the time is right, check in with GOD, then DO IT!

Repentance is a U-Turn from sin and self. Off-ramp: Take time with your U-Turn to build back trust. Genuine U-Turns lead to service to the kingdom of GOD. Every U-Turn to Jesus begins a grand adventure.
