This episode of the Coast to Coast Podcast IV features Wofford basketball legend and the NCAA's all-time leader in three-pointers, Fletcher Magee. Fletcher became an overnight sensation during the NCAA tournament in 2019, where he lit up Seton Hall in the first round to the tune of 7 three-pointers, finishing his career with a record 509 three-pointers made on a 43.5% clip. We talk to Fletcher about how he became such a great shooter and who he looked up to growing up, his journey from high school basketball and AAU basketball in Florida, where he faced elite competition all four years, to his time at Wofford and putting his school on the map in the 2019 NCAA Tournament, to playing summer league for the Bucks, to his current team, Monbus Obradoiro, in Liga ACB in Spain. We also learned that Fletcher started his own basketball camp, Mageefor3, where he teaches young hoopers how to become elite shooters. We hope you enjoy this episode and come back for future episodes!
