They jump into Josh purchasing a motocross and off-road vehicle racing series called Full Gas Sprint Enduro, and what transitioning out of competition towards the end of his UFC career was like for him.

As they progress through the episode they talk about what mentors were present along his entrepreneurial career, and Josh tells us what life lesson he gives his son every single day.
