In the final episode of our Through the Valley companion series, Hunter and Nikki talk with Jean Cheng Gorman, the Director of Ministerial Health in the Evangelical Covenant denomination. Jean was instrumental in the Through the Valley teaching series, and she dispenses an incredible amount of wisdom as she talks about what makes us healthy, the difference between spiritual direction and therapy, and how we can grow after trauma.
