Rocky II followed up Rocky II with an epic clash between the old and new The Heavyweight Champion of the World The "Italian Stallion" Rocky Balboa vs newcomer Clubber Lang. The film gave us one of the best jock jams ever "Eye of the Tiger"! the film unfortunately saw the death of Mick but it gave us some solid character development for Rocky, Adrian, and Apollo.

Rocky II followed up Rocky with an epic rematch between The "Italian Stallion" Rocky Balboa and the World Heavyweight Champion Apollo Creed. The film has the perfect mixture of humor, heart, spirit, and character development for Rocky, Adrian, Mick, and Apollo.

We’ll be starting off this review series with our first film which will be Rocky which came out in 1976. Rocky is the story of Rocky Balboa the “Italian Stallion”, a struggling boxer living in Philadelphia, Pa who gets the opportunity to challenge Apollo Creed for the title of world heavyweight champion. This film parallels its male lead, Sylvester Stallone’s real-life struggle to get this film made as he himself was a struggling actor at the time who had written the screenplay for this movie. The film stars Sylvester Stallone as Rocky, Talia Shire as Adrian, Burt Young as Pauley, Carl Weathers as Apollo Creed, and Burgess Meredith as Mickey.

Avengers: Endgame was part two of the climax of phase 3 and the conclusion of the infinity sage from a story standpoint. The film showed the surviving Avengers grieving the loss of their fellow heroes and half of all life in the universe. The film introduced time travel into the mix and concluded with the biggest final battle the MCU has ever seen. What an amazing penultimate movie of the infinity saga.
