As Daniel and Miguel spend more time together they start to discover many similarities in themselves and the more Miyagi wisdom Miguel learns the more it resonates with him. To the point where Miguel uses the Miyagi-Do philosophy of avoiding conflict to de-escalate a situation at the drive through with Cobra Kai, after Hawk, Burt & Nathaniel are caught bullying Kenny by Robbie. Much to the annoyance of Johnny and surprisingly Sam.

Sam discovers Tory's new job as a kids party entertainer and takes full advantage to humiliate her, much to Amanda's concern.

Johnny is growing continuously concerned about Miguel's growing relationship with Daniel. It is praying so much on his mind that it's affecting his love life with Carmen. Carmen & Johnny both agree that Johnny should tell Miguel about their relationship, but Johnny finds it difficult to spend any time with Miguel while he is spending so much time with LaRusso.

Sensei Terry Silver is back at Cobra Kai, with a vow to take the students to the next level. After the run in at the drive through, where the Cobra Kai students are humiliated Kreese wants to strike back, but Silver warns him about rehashing the past and making the same mistakes.
